- chores; check on summer sausage hanging; attn to house plants (supposed to get rather windy)
- show laura how to forward email mssgs
- respond to kim's email
- call CR/DF re pig invoicing of next pig - May 24; how many weaners coming, and when?; MS looking for some - get back to mark
- create a spreadsheet to automate budget calc, based on jottings from saturday
- revisit GR budget - esp farm input section - $200/mnth budgeted right now, could most likely be as much as $500/month needed (!); tweak sales #'s?!
- plan a talk w/ Dave Meli for Sat - need more $$ from beef, without scaring him off; what is current 'rail price'?
- NZ getting $2.75/lb for his beef, and his customers are paying the cut & wrap & kill fee; i need to come up with a formula to match this
- chef list; add lemon balm; no carrot
- AMOS; asparagus
- ES; will have only STAR greens for next two weeks while filling mama earth orders
- HH; celeriac - 5 bush
- NZ; asparagus, rhubarb

- think pig!; a-frames; electric fencing; feed; etc.
